                                 Ionized Alkaline Water and Exercise

Tired Runner with bottle  One dictionary defines exercise this way.

ExerciseActivity requiring physical effort, carried out especially to sustain or improve health and fitness.

Exercise is an important part of maintaining one’s health.  Research has shown that even moderate physical activity on a regular basis is good for us on numerous levels. Just as important though, and especially when working-out, is making sure your body stays sufficiently hydrated and no water on Earth hydrates you faster and better than Tyent Water.

Let’s look first at a few of the benefits of regular exercise.

According to information provided by staff members at the Mayo Clinic, exercise may be important to us for reasons many of us may not have even considered.  Below is a list of only five reasons to exercise and the benefits that exercise provides.

five circle     Five reasons for exercising regularly

Weight Loss-Exercising burns calories which helps you lose weight and keep off weight you may have already lost

Fights diseases-Exercise boosts your HDL (good cholesterol) and decreases those bad triglycerides

Natural mood enhancer-Studies have proven physical activity releases endorphins in the brain creating a sense of well being.

Increased energy-Exercise improves physical strength and endurance

A good night’s sleep-With proper exercise you fall asleep faster and enjoy a more restful sleep

How is Tyent Water more beneficial after exercising than tap or other water?

Who would know the answer to that question better than someone who practically exercises for a living?
I refer of course, to professional athletes. While few of us will ever have to train for a sporting event, we can still enjoy the same impressive and healthy results as those that do from drinking the best re-hydrating water in the world.

Let’s hear from some of these athletes and their experience with ionized alkaline water from Tyent USA, and why it is far superior to regular water on many levels.  We’ll begin with professional body builder, Rico Conner.  I couldn’t find a recent picture of Rico so I just threw up one of me from high school.

Rico Conner says, “Tyent Water is essential for the best hydration attainable.”

I drink a quart of Alkaline Tyent Water every workout and drink at least a gallon of it everyday.” Tyent Water is essential for the best hydration attainable (hexagonal water which penetrates the cell membrane immediately) and gives me energy because of the dissolved oxygen it.”

If you are going to exercise, you’re going to need energy.

Another excellent athlete who may know a little more about water than most people is Kapono Nahina, professional Long Board surfer and Hawaiian Long Board Champion. Kapono is also a champion for Tyent Ionized Alkaline Water.

Tyent Water has been unbelievably life-changing! It has helped me with my surfing by giving me more energy!”

I believe I am safe in saying that these star athletes know more than a little bit about exercising and the best way to hydrate, as well as the best water with which to do that. Most of us won’t ever experience a work-out routine that comes anywhere near what these professionals have.  But isn’t it nice to know that regardless of the amount of physical energy you expend in your own work-out, you can still reap the benefits of more energy and faster recovery time through better hydration with Tyent water?

It is noteworthy that none of the athletes appearing in this article received any compensation for their endorsement.  They were more than happy to share their knowledge and their experiences with Tyent Water in order to help others who may be working out regardless of their level.
